<li>The runner keep his head up, drop hips to change direction, focus and gather yourself (no stutter steps) before direction change, head north and south and accelerate.</li>

<li>Protect the ball ALWAYS!!</li>
<li>Focus on good clean body balance and control</li>
<li>Plant your steps; no stutter steps</li>
<li>&#8220;Use all cleats&#8221; - plant outside foot in original direction.</li>
<li>Knee over planting foot</li>
<li>Explode off planted foot quickly</li>
</ul>
