1:30 Free Throw Drill

Pair up players and set the clock to 1:30. The first partner begins shooting their free throws. This player must make three in a row to complete their part of the drill. The partner rebounds the ball back to the shooter.

Once the partner finishes making three shots in a row then the second partner shoots. This player must also make 3 free throws in a row. The second partners’ time will depend on the amount of time used up by the first shooter. The 2 combined only get 1:30.

If they don’t complete the drill on time, the drill is repeated until they finish.
