O1 passes the ball to O2 and then comes off a double screen at the elbow set by O3 and O5.

O5 steps in and posts.

O2 passes the ball to O3 who then reverses the ball to O1.

O2 cuts to low block and posts.

O5 and O3 set staggered screens for O4 to come off for shot.
